"The hotel is fabulous. Spacious room, very clean, top notch staff from the concierge to the valet to the housekeeping to the waitstaff. They certainly take the time and make the effort to make your stay enjoyable. The breakfast alone is worth staying there for! As with anything in San Jose it was difficult to locate, but once we did it was great having a location so close to the city center. "

"What I love about this property is the gorgeous, beautiful and paradisiac beach, it's probably the best beach in all Quintana Roo, beach is perfect for kids, it is also a public beach, however it's a hotel for night life, and famous Coco Bongo is five minutes away and you can literally hear all the loud and music all night until 3am o 4am. This hotel is also convenient because it has a lot of shopping centers and restaurants close by, you can even walk. Overall, I believe it needs some upgrades but at the same time it is cheaper if you compare with the other neighbor hotels which you can easily pay three times Krystal's room rates, also staff are very friendly and do their best to assist guests in all their needs."

"I love the beautiful scene of the beach and the entire property. The swimming pools are nice including the pool bars. The beach was very clean and waves are moderate and not that strong. Toddler friendly. The food options are great. The staff are very nice"
