"The staff was great when one of our friend needed medical attention. They were quick and responsive and able to transfer her to medical hospital. They handled this medical crisis properly and kudos to the managers who were working. "

"Booked a runway suite for my toddler who loves airplanes. We had the perfect view for plane-spotting at the 11/F, but the AC was acting up due to extreme heat that day. We had to move to a lower floor, but couldn't really fault the staff for this. All the staff we encountered especially Duty Manager Mosh and FO Angelika were very helpful. They knew exactly how to assist us and were excellent at customer service. The queen bed was also one of the comfiest we've ever slept in. Savoy Manila turned out to be such a pleasant surprise. Seems unassuming, but it certainly over-delivered especially when it came to its best assets-- its people."
