"I loved the property and the room. Had an opportunity to meet the owner of the property and restaurant. They were very friendly and accommodating. I had forgotten several things for our stay and they were quick to help me in giving me those items. Also told me about hiking trails, when the gondola operated, and gave me a tour of a nearby "yert" that you could reserve/stay. Can't wait to visit again."

"This home was amazing. So many extras that homeowner allows you to use. Spices, ice chest, even amazing marshmallow sticks that look like a branch. Our family has used VRBO many times and this home is the best. Loved the rock wall and watching the chipmunk play. Got a little more animal life- Bear down the street. "I should lie…but I can’t, it’s a jewel. we will come back! From the moment of arrival 5 big Tom turkeys marched across the back yard. A bit later an eight point buck settled down by the garage while a doe grazed a short ways away, the following morning a doe and spotted fawn traveled through the backyard. Incredibly we found even the most obscure thing that we forgot was found already there after a brief search! Kudos to you folks. It was clean, comfortable, well outfitted and easy! Great view...

"camp eddy was very cute and a great location in up and coming neighborhood on the river. it’s a unique way to stay in GJ. proximity to las colonias amphitheater is excellent and there was a great brewery we enjoyed next to amphitheater before our concert. not much else going on in the vicinity of the property, but a wonderful walking trail along the river for running, riding bikes, or picking up a bird scooter. our airstream had a clean and comfortable bed but otherwise had not been vacuumed....

"Overall we had a pretty good trip I appreciated that the kitchen had plenty of supplies for cooking, there was lots of space for kids and adults to separate when needed and the hot tub was a nice amenity. It’s a quirky cabin that’s good for people who don’t need a lot of fuss! I would say the rental feels a little cluttered with toiletries and food left behind from previous guests, we did find some mouse droppings in some of the bottom drawers in the kitchen (kinda just comes with the territory)...

"Eight of us stayed here to celebrate our parents 80th birthdays. What a wonderful celebration in this beautiful home! The views from the outside deck were amazing! Gorgeous mountains & wildlife surround the property. We saw deer, horses, and an owl. Todd, the property owner couldn't do enough to ensure our stay was perfect. He even came with tools to help us replace a tail light that burnt out on our car! Our experience here went above & beyond all of our expectations. And who doesn't love...

"This place felt so private. We were so comfortable in a well maintained home, while also feeling like we were camping in the middle of nowhere. Hosts were responsive and friendly. "We loved our time at the Palisade River Ranch. The location felt quiet and secluded but was close to the fruit stands, wineries and restaurants in Palisade. The property was lovely with its ponds, short walk to the Colorado River and views of the book cliffs. Farm fresh eggs were such a treat. Highly recommend and and plan to come back some day."

"Our stay was very nice! We are a group of childhood friends ranging in age from 68 to 70. It rained but it didn’t matter because we just wanted to visit. Very spacious. We played games put puzzles together, ate and visited. Perfect! I will say that one of the arm chairs in the dining room needs some glue and the upstairs toilet needs some help"
