「Our family of 4 stayed 3 nights in Auberge Les Roches. We arrived by rental car around sunset and were pleased to have a complimentary tajin dinner that night. 「A l'arrivée le propriétaire déclare qu'il n'a pas reçus de notification par hotels concernant mes reservations (ce qui n'est pas vraie vu que j'ai déjà reçu un message de l'établissement concernant mes réservations quelques jours avant d'arriver). Manque de professionnalisme pour gérer la situation. J'ai pris contact avec le service clients Hotels afin de payer une deuxième fois sur place les réservations deja près payé sur Hôtels. 「Absolutely amazing experience, super helpful, friendly and fun warm and kind staff. This was a once in a lifetime experience enjoyed by my husband and I and our 2 children.
