"Just a short 20 minutes drive to the cradle mountain national park area, our room was very comfortable with a big bath tub to relax in. The heater was great during colder night. There is a cafe across the street offer good selection of food but we mostly enjoyed cooking on the back veranda with our camp cooktop and eating with beautiful forest view. We saw pademelons showing up everyday in the back yard and they were the cutest. "

"We stayed in an executive room, just myself and my 9 year old son, for one night whilst visiting friends and family in Ulverstone. I would highly recommend staying in the executive rooms as they are much newer and don’t seem to have some of the issues of the older rooms. We never had any trouble. We had babies in both rooms beside us and never heard any noise all night. The rooms have been nicely renovated with a good shower, large tv, new AC unit and comfortable beds. Check in/check out...

"Stayed for a week and it was absolutely spectacular! Just beautiful to stay in, so peaceful and quiet, and with stunning Mt. Roland views just about anywhere. We saw the echidnas, possum, platypus, and all the farm animals. Then there were glow worms and the spiders in the cave - an amazing experience. This is an excellent place to stay for anybody enjoying the countryside. We will return. John was a very welcoming, friendly host!"

"Glencoe is a lovely old house with spacious rooms and high ceilings. Irene was extremely welcoming and informative. The room was comfortable with a really comfortable bed.
