「Clean room . Only issue air conditioning did not get cold and took a long time to get comfortable temperature. Curtains to window did not close completely so I had to use a hair clip to close properly so u can’t see inside the room . Received the smallest bar of soap for shower. It was good for just overnight stay . Very old room and I think overpriced for the hotel. Breakfast was family friendly. Only mini muffins and cereal etc. they need to upgrade breakfast for the price of hotel charge . 」

「My girlfriend and I were going to a sailing regatta on Merritt Island and wanted a place close to the venue. This place was perfect, and we were able to invite her son and his friend to join us. The three bedroom, two bathroom condo was beautiful and had a great balcony overlooking the river. There was laundry equipment (bring your own detergent) and a well equipped kitchen. 「We had a fantastic time. It was myself and three other girlfriends. We booked the family suite 1 king, 1 queen, and a sofa bed. My friends were going to sleep on the queen but the springs were broken and digging in their back. Thankfully the sofa bed mattress was actually comfortable and they slept on there. Otherwise, the location was perfect. 」
