"Beautiful, comfortable, very friendly and solicitous staff. Breakfast eas outrageously delicious every day. The garden/poil setting serene. Walking distance to the hustle and bustle of Central historic Mérida but quiet at night inside the room. A gem! Will definitely stay here again and recommend!"

"The staff were excellent - helpful and friendly. The hotel was nice and it had a “trust bar” where customer serve themselves and record their purchase in a book to settle at checkout. The room was clean and very spacious - but the shower was very weak and most days had no hot water. The area was convenient but the paving was very uneven and it was very dark at night. But it was safe and quiet."

"Beautiful hotel, staff very friendly, made us feel at home. Breakfast was delicious. Pool si very small. It’s a beautiful boutique hotel at ground level so expect some traffic noise, if you are a light sleeper maybe you better look for a different option, for us it was not an issue and we enjoyed every minute we spent there. Can’t wait to visit them again. Thanks."

"Great location downtown , priced in the high end , convenient to explore downtown ! Fantastic staff … but as I always say when you book a boutique hotel in a historical building set your expectations accordingly to what amnesties you will get ! If you prioritize comfort , stick to the big chain hotels ! Otherwise it’s an enjoyable exploration "
