「お部屋のシャワーが温まるまで時間がかかったのと仕切りがなくて寒かった。」

「ハイウェイから降りてすぐでわかりやすいです。部屋は小さいですが、バスタブもありますし個人的には静かに過ごせました。ただ外廊下で隣人が会話していると、けっこう聞こえるので夜中に騒ぐ人がいないとラッキーかも。ちなみに私の部屋ではWifiが弱く、ぶつぶつ切れたりしてました。」

「徒歩5分くらい、ほぼ正面です。駅前にコンベンションセンターのような建物があり、その奥にあります。 駅名のFlanders Expoからして万博の跡地なのではないでしょうか。 周りにはIKEAしかありませんが、片道1.3ユーロの交通費をかけてでも、中心の高くて狭いホテルに泊まるより、コストパフォーマンスが高いかもしれません。 ベットの寝心地も非常に良かったですし、広めのバスタブに、ハンド・フェイス・バスのタオル3点セット。 冷蔵庫に湯沸かしポット、インスタントのコーヒー、紅茶、ホットチョコレートやクッキーとチョコレートのサービスも！ 部屋の設備には文句の付けようがありません。 強いて言えば、ダブルで1万超の宿泊費ですので、プラス朝食なら完璧だったのですが。 開始の1時間以上前にチェックインさせてもらえましたし、館内の清掃も行き届いていました。」

「Beautiful hotel. Such a bonus to have the free hour in the spa. Very clean and quiet throughout. Terrace would be lovely in the summer. Room was very spacious with valentine's balloons left on the bed for us. Bed was very comfy and large. Great tech throughout, with lighting and climate settings, and coded room locks. Only negative - toilet is in a separate room from the shower, which would be fine if they had put a sink in with the toilet. Unhygienic to walk from toilet to bathroom to wash your...

「The staff at this hotel are very helpful and friendly. The rooms are clean, the showers are faultless, the beds are comfortable, and there are no problems with the basic facilities. One thing that could be improved would be to have a refrigerator in the room. However, the staff at the reception, dining room, bar, and cleaning are all excellent. I always stay at this hotel when I come to Ghent and will continue to do so.」

What I most concerened before arriving the hotel was the cleaness of the room (especially the bathroom), but the room including the bathroom was very clean and I found the hotel is very well maintained.
