"We stayed 3 nights at Palo Santo and really enjoyed our stay! Our room was very clean and well appointed. The a/c worked well and wasn’t noisy at all. We especially enjoyed the comfort of the mattress and the pillows. The bath towels are big and soft. For breakfast, they offer several delicious and healthy items, so we ate there everyday. "Fantastic option in BA! It's in a very cool neighborhood, with plenty of good restaurants, bars, and cafes in walking distance. Comfortable beds, and decent amount of space in the rooms. "On arrival the lift failed and we were left in reception for nearly three quarters of an hour on a hot evening without knowing when we would gain access to our room. Receptionist alone and called lift man but left waiting with bags. Room lovely. Nicely decorated and equipped. Super coffee bag.Bathroom needed new loo seat. Fabulous breakfast with fruit salad and yoghurt as well as cooked and bakery range. Kind receptionist allowed us to leave our bags on day of departure! "

"Stay was good - got in OK, they sent a car to get me (was a lot more expensive than just getting an Uber myself), the check-in online and/or the app (I can't remember) said they had currency exchange at the front desk - they do not. The location was good - there was a plaza around the corner with plenty of food options and nightlife. I didn't think it was too loud at night and slept great.
