"The Receptionist at the Warrnambool branch was so warm and lovely, she was friendly and well presented, didn't rush the process, gave me clear directions to my room, made sure I had all the correct information, and was so kind and helpful. I stayed in a standard motel room, the place was clean and well presented, the kitchenette was in perfect condition and even stocked with all the basics to cook and serve a meal. The grounds were very well kept and I love all the activities and amenities there was to offer. Had a lovely time and are looking forward to the next trip. 10/10 would recommend ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐"

"We absolutely loved our stay. It was the perfect place to relax and rejuvenate post Great Ocean Walk. The accomodation was clean and spacious. We reported one little issue (nothing we were overly concerned about) and it was fixed when we returned later that evening by friendly staff.
