The good: Great building and room. Comfy. Cool exterior pool area. Short walking distance to Beale Street and a but longer to Sun Records. Shirt 15 min drive to Graceland. The bad: Confusing check in procedures and poor clarity regarding parking availability. Roof leaked during heavy rain and maintenance walked right into the room while we were inside before we could even respond to the one knock and then uninvited entry (super disturbing). Sketchy neighborhood.

Luxury accommodations with the worst customer service. Communication was poor & there were no attempts to make their online check-in system more practical. While I loved the room I was completely exasperated by the staff (AI?). Will not stay there again, unfortunately, unless it comes under different & better management.
