I had to request for another room because there were deep dents in the mattress and the owner said most of their single beds are like that. And under the sheets the mattress had large pee stains, red stains, hair and food crumbs. The price is nice but i guess I know why. The man at the front desk was nice and patient though.

Customer service was nice, but our room was not clean. There were bodily stains on the couch, and we had blood stains on the pillows. There were stains in the bathtub and there was a gross smell that wouldn’t go away. Wouldn’t recommend to stay here for the price we paid.

There were permanent damage items to the room and missing items that clearly showed neglect. Also front desk staff questioned my service dog and tried to charge me a pet fee.
