"I enjoyed my stay very much. Setagaya is a wonderful prefecture and this apartment in Kyodo is closely located to many restaurants and a few really nice grocery stores. Kyodo Station is right off the Odakyu line and 5 stops "or one express train" away from from Shimokitazawa. Head South to Enoshima or Tama-ku where you can also transfer to Nambu line. I would stay again."

"Super nice place, we were a group of 7 friends and it worked perfectly for our 3 week stay. The apartment had everything we needed, from WiFi, TV, stove, microwave as well as a consistently warm shower and bath. The location was also perfect with access to a 7 Eleven that was open 24/7 if we needed food. "This is the place to stay if you are staying in Shimokitazawa. The apartment is exceptionally furnished, clean, and is very peaceful. I appreciated the host’s kindness and attention to detail. "The Property is two story house separated top and bottom. Bottom is rented out. It is an older looking property but it's very clean inside. It has a hardwood floor with 4 small bed separated from the living room and dinning room. Neighbors were very quiet and about 8 min walk from the nearest station. What I liked the most was prompt response from the Property Manager, Yasu. He was very polite, nice and considerate. We really enjoyed staying there with two kids. We will stay there again."
