"Room was uncomfortably hot. Air con terminal stopped pumping out cold air about 3am and the room became unbearably hot. There was nobody to be found in the hotel and my family of four had to stand outside multiple times in the dark to get some air. We managed to get the kids back to sleep after several hours by placing wet towels on their back. We wanted to complain at check out but there was still nobody to be seen!! "Classic room was reasonable size and bed comfortable. Had to change from first room due to treatment odour that was extremely strong. Bathrooms are very good but you will likely spend most time by the pool, which is the best feature of the site. Staff are friendly and breakfast good, with nice setting. Stayed one night and spent most of the time outdoors."

"Positive : Room was big and bathrooms are good . House keeping was done everyday . Negative : Swimming pool water was clean but surrounded by so many bugs and lizards . It was not convenient to swim in it . Breakfast was not very fresh . We were also asked to pay for swim towels which was very odd. Room carpet was not clean . "

"On our 10 days trip on Sardinia,this was definitely the best stay. Giuseppe and his wife Jessica were the best hosts. Nothing seemed to be a problem for them. Giuseppe also organized great dinner for us in restaurant which we would not find on our own. The room itself was perfect. Clean and spacious with all amenities you could need. "We only stayed a Locanda La Rosa for one night. We used it as an overnight stay before flying home from Cagliari the following morning. The property is well located for visiting the Barumini nuraghes. Parking was on the street but wasn't a problem as Pauli Arberei is a very small rural village. Il a fallu l'intervention d'Hotels.com pour apprendre que la piscine serait ouverte. "We had an amazing stay at Villa Corrias. The place was cute, clean and our host Christian was very kind and welcoming. He gave us recommandations about the best places to see, was very proactive and served us very good breakfast each morning. Villa Corrias is only 30 minutes ride from Cagliari, perfect in-between to visit the south-west. We really recommand this place to stay. Thank you for everything again Christian! :)"

Wonderful experience 10/10

"This hotel is a must stay when in Cagliari. All staff were always available and extremely helpful and thoughtful throughtout our stay. Service was 10/10. Location is perfect. Special shout out to Sofia and Elenora who were very helpful with great recommendations for beaches and restaurants. Breafast staff also need a special shout out, although I do not have their names. They were all wonderful. Will definitely recommend and return in the future."

"This hotel was very nice in a very good value is very close to the airport and 2 miles from the city center. Taxis are required. Please ask them to turn on their meters or confirm the price to your destination before getting in them. Their restaurant La Scala was excellent!! I told them they deserve at least one or two Michelin stars. it is a great value incredible service and excellent food. Overall, this hotel worked great together as a team and you could tell how people are that work here. They were very helpful in booking excursions. Their restaurant buffet is excellent and the service is very good.! I was very happy to stay here for five days and now I’m at the Palazzo Tirso Which is €500 a night versus €100 a night for hotel Sardinia. A great value! I would recommend this to anyone that wants to come to Cagliari…. Kevin W"

Ideal for short stay

"Perfect apart hotel for short stay. Opposite station and at short distance to Cagliari centre. Newly renovated in an older building. Room was clean with separate lounge and common dining area with fridge. Was not very sure about self check in but all went well. Although opposite station area is quiet a part from some early morning landing planes. "
