Great Little Spot
The house was great and had everything thay we needed for the week we were there. It was lovely being so close to the park! My only complaint was the main road the bordered the backyard; it was very noisy in the wee hours of the morning. Otherwise it's a great place to stay!

Comfortable house in nice neighborhood
The house felt even bigger than it looks on-line, and I loved the gas fireplace in the dining area! Conveniently located, I highly recommend it.

Perfect space for family of four
We stayed here due to proximity to our family and the space was perfect for us and our boys. We appreciated the hidden door in the backyard to the park. Only thing we found as an inconvenience was that there was only one tv, so we had to go back and forth between adult shows and kid shows. Overall, great stay and would consider coming back for next visit.

Great home for families
This home was perfect for our family. Nice and open for the littles ones to roam around. Good back yard, with a nice shady park right next door! The ideal spot for very active 1.5 year old twins! I'd definitely pick this house again if we're ever in the area again. The kitchen items were great quality and perfect for cooking. There were many stores and restaurants super close by as well. It really was the perfect home in a great location. The only change I'd make is the TV remote was almost impossible to figure out. Some instructions would have been handy for that, we're pretty tech savvy, but this was a new challenge. Overall a wonderful stay!

Look no further
This place is huge. Neighborhood is super quiet. Super clean. Backyard is perfect and had a grill that we used. Overall will definitely be going back to this place and refer family to check it out. Check in was easy and so was check out!

Exactly as described
It was just 2 of us. The backyard is against a busy road so can be a little noisy. And there is a lovey park on the side of the property. However it is very secure. The bed was comfortable & the sheets were probably the softest I have ever experienced. Here are my petty complaints: Could not get the tv louder even though there was a complete stereo system attached. The code for the door was nothing simple to remember. It was more like a SSN, which I thought was ridiculous.

Lovely little house. I would have like the kitchen to be stocked with a better set of pots and pans, baking utensils, mixer, baking pans, etc. Location was great.

Great house and location-but management check in was horrible
Loved this house it suited all our needs. I have been using VRBO for years and love it. There is shops and a park within walking and the neighborhood was quiet and well kept. We had no issues with the house and the local person who contacted us after a mix up with the check in process was very pleasant and accommodating. The only issue we had and this was the first time I have ever encountered this with a management company, I was sent links to "complete" the rental which non of them worked, and was asked information they already have with VRBO which I thought was overkill and completely unnecessary. I called and did not get any response back for quite a while. When I finally got ahold of someone it seemed to be an overseas telephone service and a representative who was one of the rudest people I have ever had a phone conversation with. She acted like she was doing me a favor by getting me the check in info after I was on hold for 20 minutes. The extra check in problem "process" with Vacasa management should be removed all together. I can not stand when they tell us its for our homeowners protection well I got news for you they had no problem taking my money without this process and the homeowners are already protected because they already have my personal information through my payment and rental process we already have with VRBO. Note to the Owner this site was created for Vacation rental by OWNER I understand having a management company handle all the maintenance and sending the check in info to us the renters is one thing but having them make these extra steps that we have already done with VRBO and sending broken links and have a "customer service" team who does not care one bit about your customers or your investment handle this mundane aspect of their check in process under the guise of protecting you or us is absurd. We were unable to check in until the day after our original check in date because of this lack of service and a broken overlapping system they created to appear to put value in their service to you and your customers I would recommend changing the company you use. I almost cancelled this rental and had another one lined up but finally got the info I needed to get into the home. We contracted to be in the home on April 5th and were not able to get in until April 6th but that was only after I called and made an extra effort to get the check in info that I already signed and committed to receive. Thanks to the homeowner

Surprise birthday party
Came to town to surprise Mom for her 80th birthday. The location and open floor plan made this VRBO a perfect place for friends an famy to visit between activities. Also, it was very accessible for Mom who has restricted mobility.

It was just OK
It was OK for the price. Electronic lock didn’t work. Could not get into property until 2 hours after arrival. Used key in back up lockbox. Sheets on one twin bed were dirty and had hair. TV did not work and TV stand was damaged. We just avoided it. Lighting in master bedroom was not good. Switched out the bulbs so we could have light. Otherwise perfect location and good size for our family. We weren’t to bothered due to the price. The last night the electronic lock emitted a high pitched sound until we managed to take the batteries out. Called management for instructions to do that.

Quick get away
The house was perfectly located. For a wine area I would recommend wine glasses. For master bedroom, I would recommend blackout shades or curtains. Carpet in the bedrooms need to be replaced, gross. Hated to walk barefoot in the bedroom. Had to deal with road noise but not horrible. Otherwise the house was fine.

Perfect location, house needs work.
Enjoyed our stay in McMinnville. Home was not well cleaned, bathrooms were dirty, sliding door did not lock, no instructions on how to work the tv, living room had no lighting. It is a very good location but the house was a disappointment.

Very nice but...
Would recommend not bringing kids under 3 or so. Great place with tons of amenities and a really great manager, but the place is a big baby/toddler accident waiting to happen. Lots of breakable/valuable items at low levels. Otherwise, totally great!

Renter Beware
The property is managed by Vacasa, so you need to look at thier details in addition to the VRBO details. Previous comments talk about minor repairs needed (e.g. toilet seats loose), blackout curtains in MBR, and deeper cleaning, but same issues appeared to us. VRBO site does not say that the propoerty has a TV but no cable or antenna for programnming. Road behind property is busy, traffic loud. And the recycle center is across the street from the busy road so the aroma of rotting materials greeted us in the morning. We left after one night. Given all of these issues, the complications of dealing with Vacasa vs. an owner, the high fees, I think potential renters need to go into this property knowing the full story. The house is nicely refurbished, but our experience was not up to the standards we have come to expect at VRBO prperties, which we have very much appreciated.

Recommended, esp. location and kitchen, but some details missing
Pro: Great location, close to stores, 1 hr from beach, next door to huge park with play structures, swings and disc golf. Well equipped kitchen. Clean throughout. Comfortable, clean beds.. Gas grill worked great. Nice set of unexpected toys for our 3, 7 year old grandchildren. Con: Owner tried to control 5 electronic devices (TV plus four more) with one remote control, but left NO INSTRUCTIONS. Property manager did not know how to operate either. We muddled through. Email for check-in did not explain how the "lock box" (actually a touch screen) worked, had the wrong password to WiFi and misspelled the network name. Easy fixes, that should be done by now (Aug 2019). Pull shade for patio door was missing 9 slats. Again, easy fix. There is a street light on all night right outside master BR - needs a black out curtain in addition to louvered shade. Toilet seats loose in both bathrooms, but needed a tool to tighten them. Easy fix, but shows a lack of attention to detail.
