"Just the tours wich they are very expensive and to be able to get a discount yo have to go to a meeting to check who has visa, mastercard or american express to invest 4000 dollar to be able to get a little discount on tours and other trips to the hotel and flights. Service on one bar they sayd i cant serve you till im done with inventory if not you can go and complaint at the lobby. I just left and didnt buy anything because it was a bar not includded in the hotel i felt like i was begging for...

"Surtout ne pas réserver l’excursion pour le désert nous avons payer bien plus chère que les autres personnes qui étais avec nous dans la voiture pour exactement la même excursion aller tout simplement dans les agence dans la rue ne vous faire pas avoir comme nous . "Definitely, you get what you pay for: if you need a place with Wifi and breakfast included for a good start of the day, this is the place... as long as you plan to stay away until the night. It is highly inconvenient if you are placed in a 3rd-floor room, because there is no elevator available and no one to help you: you have to take care of your own luggage, bringing it upstairs. Be careful with the premises: I came back one afternoon, just to find the door open and the bathroom flooded....

"The property seems to be upgrading the hotel, but the food quality was disappointing. The only protein option available was pork. Additionally, the room, which was advertised as having a mini fridge, did not have one upon arrival. This made my stay particularly difficult since I couldn’t store my diabetic supplies. Unfortunately, reception was unhelpful, and the medical office refused to store my medication."
