"The photo in the review is not the apartment we stopped in. The apartment we stopped in is definitely getting a little tired with a few repairs required however it has everything you want and nothing you don’t need. Would recommend for those transiting through Mansfield. The area (given I grew up there) is one of the better areas of Mansfield and the property is gated so nice and secure."

We contacted vrbo and spoke to someone who managed to contact the host who said to message him on what’s app but apart from him asking to see my booking information which I sr t him I had no response so I wasn’t able to stay at the property so I would like a full refund please"

"Took our family for 50th wedding anniversary. Stayed a week. Nobody wanted to leave. Incredible, amazing, wonderful, fantastic! Wanted for nothing as it was so well equipped. The pool was gorgeous, pool table constantly in use, games galore to play and super hot tub and sauna. What more can one say. A truly superb week! A huge thankyou to the hosts."

"We had a really nice little break as a family, but there were a few things that were a little disappointing given the fact the house appeared on paper to be high end. We arrived with excited kids to find the hot tub was not switched on, so this took 24 hours to heat. A real shame when you only have a short break. "Stayed one night after visiting the illuminations which were amazing. Room was really clean, smelt lovely plenty of towels/toiletries in bathroom. Tea coffee ect provided also a fridge and safe were in the room. Paid for breakfast loads of choices something for everyone well presented "

"Deb on reception was outstanding and extremely helful and professional in all aspects. The service has been consistent in all areas. I was deligheted to speak with Jonathan a Manager in reception who listened to my positive feedback. A huge bonus for me was finding a Peloton bike in the workout room, I am informed that Hilton has an agreement with them (Peloton) across all Hotels. I will definately stay here again for either businesss or leisure, an amazing experience... Thank you "
