Spend a romantic holiday here with your partner with this 1-bedroom apartment is located in Matrei in Osttirol near the ski area. You can enjoy the sunny hours in the shared fenced garden with a refreshing cool drink.

You'll find a walker's paradise just outside the door. The Grossglockner Kals-Matrei ski area is also close to the apartment. You can hop on to the ski bus that stops at 1 km or reach the ski lift at 5 km. The town center and supermarkets are at 5 km. For a pleasant day out, you can visit the lake at 20 km. 2 pets can stay at € 4/Pet/Night.

Wir hatten ein Haus mit eingezäuntem Garten gebucht, da der Hund mitkam. Es gibt einen umzäunten Garten, den wir aber nicht nutzen durften. Der Rest des Hauses ist in Ordnung, aber es ist sehr veraltet und nicht sehr sauber und rund um das Haus herrscht große Unordnung. In einem Lagerraum stapelt sich der Müll mehrerer Wochen. 4 Handtücher für 2 Personen für 2 Wochen sind nicht viel. Die Gegend ist wunderschön und es gibt viel zu unternehmen.

Het appartement is ideaal gelegen om Osttirol te verkennen. De eigenaar is vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Op het terrasje is het heerlijk vertoeven na een daguitstap of een fikse wandeling. In de badkamer zou een vierkante douche ruimer zijn dan deze afgeronde douche. Jammer dat een plankje boven de wastafel ontbreekt. In de keuken is er wel een microgolf aanwezig, maar geen glazen potten om erin te plaatsen. Het fornuis is gebruiksklaar, maar heeft zijn beste tijd gehad. Er is een ruime koelkast met 2 delen diepvries voorzien. Een stofzuiger zou een meerwaarde zijn, zeker als je er 3 weken verblijft. Een verduisteringsgordijn in de slaapkamer is nodig, gezien er een straatlamp brandt. Ondanks deze kleine tekortkomingen, heb ik intens genoten van mijn verblijf in dit appartement.

Die Ferienwohnung war sehr zentral gelegen. Zu alles Seiten hatte man unzählige Ausflugsmöglichkeiten. Die Vermieter, sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Die Wohnung, war ideal, es hat an nichts gefehlt. Auch vom Balkon aus, eine tolle Aussicht, auf die Berge. Wir kommen gerne wieder, auch unser Hund, war herzlich willkommen.

De aankomst was prettig, want ik was erg moe van de autorit ernaartoe en ik kreeg de sleutel van het appartement zonder de boekingspapieren te hoeven overleggen. Ik kon direct mijn spullen naar binnen brengen en daarna gaan douchen. De huisbaas Manfred is een prettige man om contact mee te hebben. Als er problemen zijn dan lost hij het zo snel mogelijk op. Alhoewel ik er geen gebruik van heb gemaakt is er een ruimte aanwezig waar je je ski's en skischoenen kwijt kan. De skischoenen kunnen op een rek gehangen worden die frisse lucht in de schoenen blaast. Het appartement is groot genoeg voor 2 personen alleen vond ik het jammer dat het toilet niet een eigen ruimte heeft, maar in de badkamer geplaatst is. Verder waren de bedden goed genoeg en was het altijd lekker warm in het appartement zonder dat ik zelf aan de kachels gezeten heb. Alles was goed schoon overal, alleen lagen er hier en daar wat stofvlokken. Haus Angerer ligt 5 minuten rijden met de auto buiten het centrum van Matrei, maar als je met de auto bent moet dat geen enkel probleem vormen. Ik vond het wel lekker dat het vrijstaand en rustig was. De omgeving was erg mooi en ook in de directe omgeving van het huis, omdat het vrijstaand is en relatief dicht bij de bosrand. Vooral het uitzicht in het skigebied van Kals vond ik echt prachtig, maar ook vanuit het skigebied Matrei heb je hele mooi uit- en vergezichten. Erg mooie, bosrijke omgeving. En erg lekker gegeten in Gasthof Sonne en Gasthof Steiner (erg dichtbij).

Haus sehr schön abseits vom Dorf gelegen und sehr ruhig. Die Ausstattung ist auf einem einfachen Level. Zum Kaffee kochen brauch man aber nur Pads, da die Maschine nicht für handelsüblichen Kaffee vorgesehen ist. Uns ging eine Kaffeekanne kaputt aber der Vermieter war nicht in der Lage uns eine Ersatzkanne zur Verfügung zu stellen, eigentlich schade. Der Eingangsbereich zum Haus sah sehr unaufgeräumt aus, so dass wir nur auf dem Balkone uns aufhalten konnten, der nur mit zwei spärlichen Klappstühlen ausgestattet ist. Zur nächsten Gaststätte ca. 8 min zu Fuß. Wer Ruhe sucht ist dies ein schönes Haus

wir waren gemeinsam mit unserem Hund über den Jahreswechsel in Osttirol. Uns hat es gut gefallen, wir sind sehr herzlich aufgenommen worden. Die Wohnung war nett eingerichtet und erfüllt ihren Zweck sehr gut. Auch zum Skilift oder Supermarkt kommt man relativ schnell mit dem Auto in 5 min. Für Urlaub mit dem Hund war es ideal, da etwas außerhalb gelegen.

We werden ontvangen door een zeer behulpzame beheerder. Een heerlijke rustige omgeving. Een fijne twee persoonsvakantie woning, waarvan het balkon onnodig klein afgeschermd is en voor de zon op het Westen ligt, dus weinig zon. De keuken inventaris was onder de maat, we misten het e.e.a. Daarom moest er met de hand af gewassen worden of de vaatwasser halfvol aangezet worden. Voor drie weken waren er geen schoonmaak middelen aanwezig. Het weerbericht van de ORF1 of 2 of de Zwitserse TV zenders SW1 of 2 zijn heel informatief. Het weer bericht bepaald in grote mate wat de plannen zullen zijn voor de volgende dag. Helaas waren deze zenders geblokkeerd. Alle andere meer als 100 buitenlandse TV zenders waren wel beschikbaar.

Chalet choisi notamment pour sa proximité de la Grossglockner Hochalpenstrasse (étant motards et amoureux de la montagne...) nous avons trouvé un logement correct et assez confortable, même s\'il manque un peu de charme. Proche de la petite ville de Matrei in Osttirol, pratique pour les courses, et pas trop loin de Lianz, ville plus importante et assez touristique, le chalet a convenu à nos besoins. De belles balades à pied sont possible dans les environs, sans faire trop de route. La région est très belle quand le soleil montre son nez... Il ne l\'a pas fait beaucoup lors de notre séjour d\'une semaine, hélas. Un regret en fin de séjour, l\'obligation de payer 30 € pour le nettoyage, sans la possibilité de le faire soi-même, et les charges locales, 28€ pour deux personnes.

Mooi huisje in een klein dorpje van hier uit kan men mooie wandelingen maken op 500m is er een typisch Oostenrijks restaurant.Mogelijkheden tot fietsen moutain bike rafting en paard reiden.Vriendelijke huis baas.Met de auto is men op een half uurtje reiden in het Stadje Lienz de Sonnen stad.Een omgeving waar men een rustige gecombineerd met een actieve vakantie kan realiseren.

Wij hadden een appartement van 6 personen betaald en hebben een appartement van 2 personen gekregen . Bij navraag zeiden ze dat er een probleem was maar niet dewelke .Dus mijn zoon met mijn kleindochter kwamen op bezoek en hadden geen plaats om bij ons te overnachten voor 1 nacht .Het volgende probleem . Ik ga al 23 jaar naar die streek en de mensen waar ik kamer met ontbijt nam doen dit vanaf dit jaar niet meer wegens te oud .de bazin is 78 jaar .daarom nam ik dit jaar een appartement ook omdat er 1 huisdier toegelaten is en onze hond zo ook mee kon .Ik vraag aan de dame des huize een gastekarte omdat je daar overal korting mee krijgt op de sesseliften . haar antwoord dat moest ze eens aan het toeristenburaeu vragen . Dus wij zijn wel in het zak gezet. Veel te veel betaald voor een appartement voor 2 personen.740 euro normaal voor een van 6 personen.

appartement propre et confortable ,vue agréable,excellent accueil. l?équipement (en vaisselle,matériel de ménage,fer à repasser...) pourrait être complété. il manque un coin de jardin pour être plus à l?extérieur,mais le balcon est très plaisant. l'entrée de la maison est un peu trop envahi par les jouets et autres trottinettes et n'est pas assez soigné.
