"Lovely to stay with Ray and Maria again; we were last there thirty years ago when our children were small. Apartment 2 is comfortable and spacious and the pool deck is surrounded by palm trees! The weather was mixed so we caught up on Amazon and YouTube series some evenings. The Santa Maria Estate is a peaceful residential area a short walk away from Central Mellieha. We used the running track most days. We hope to return and thank Maria and Ray for sharing their lovely villa with us."

"The property is very clean and has beautiful views. The host lives at the property and provides a lot of assistance and really wants people to enjoy their their stay. He is very involved and always around. There is a small pool kids can enjoy. We liked staying in the area away from all the crowds. You can get to a bus stop but if you can drive that would be much easier, the bus system is pretty slow."

The milk in the fridge on arrival was perfect for our little boy arriving late and wanting to go straight to bed and your extremely kind loan of a car seat saved the day when our car hire company let us down. On the website the villa was advertised as a "villa" but realistically it was four houses attached to each other with flats below!!
