「This is a beautiful hotel, with charming, attentive staff. The room ( river facing with balcony)was very clean, extremely comfortable beds with a turn down service in the evening. The bathroom was large, great shower and Jo Malone toiletries. Service in the restaurant for breakfast and dinner was excellent, every time. It's about a 40 minute walk into Porto which is pleasant on a sunny day and mainly flat. The hotel provides a free taxi boat service to Porto which is a lovely way to travel...

「The hotel is located within easy walking access to restaurants and stores. I stayed for three weeks and it suited my needs. Rooms are small, but adequately equipped. There was no coffee maker in my room until two days before checkout when one showed up unrequested, which I found odd. The buffet breakfast is over-priced for what is available around the area.
