"We were a little late when booking hotels for Porto de Galinhas and hence chose this hostel. It was an OK stay but not more. We had a private room which was clean overall, however, our bedsheets were dirty. Upon request, they were replaced. The water temperature could not be regulated but as it was hot outside the temperature fit our needs. There was only one key available for our room and therefore there was no electricity when we left the room. Hence, we could only use the air conditioning for...

"Ao chegar no local, ele aparentava estar fechado. Mal havia iluminação, gritei em busca de alguém, não obtive resposta. Ao conversar com a vizinha, a mesma me informou que a dona "havia entregue o ponto, ontem mesmo vi o pessoal saindo com as camas ". Eram 18:30, véspera de feriado e me vejo sem um local para dormir na praia de Macaípe. O que deveria ser um final de semana de praia e tranquilidade, se tornou o início de uma saga marcada pelo cansaço e incerteza. Consegui reservar a única pousada...

"Xales de Maracaipe is an amazing facility! The property itself is almost at the end of the beach, so it gives a feel that the beach is yours alone. The chales sit on a gorgeous piece of land filled with greenery and coconut trees galore. It’s gorgeous!!! Our chale was clean and oh so cute. The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful. "amazing resort with all the amenities. dinner could be improved and they should have a convenience store to sell mineral water in big bottles otherwise you need to survive prichasing their 500ml! very beautiful location."

"We had a lovely time at the hotel. We stayed at the bungalows, which made our stay even more special. The staff was so friendly and easy to talk to, and the spa massage therapist Amanda was amazing. The only thing I would have appreciated and thought was missing were instructions to the hot tub in the room. We only got to use it in our last day (we stayed 5 nights) because we did not know we could have warm water in it. I was disappointed and would have appreciated if there were clear instructions on how to operate it."

"There was no property !!! We arrived and there was no hotel, nothing, closed down , abandoned ! We were told by locals they removed the sign a day before. The most unbelievable and unprofessional thing that has happened to us . LUCKILY there was a place next door that had available rooms!"

"Landscape is wonderful, all gardens, pools, rooms, extremely cleans. Beach towels everywhere , handy. Staff is something that we need to mention. People are more than nice . The only thing I'd say is in the pool some staff sometimes were a little distracted but whenever they see you need anything, they'd rush to deliver. The bar close to restaurant had amazing drinks, a professional lady who prepared the drinks . I was very impressed by the professionalism of all staff. One last thing, the Spa service also excellent . Very good professionals . Definitely a place to come back and recommend to family and friends. Thank you Nannai family for my amazing vacations"
