"Everything was pretty good with HOMA. I found the location kinda far from many activities i wanted to do outside of old town. Most rides ended up about 15-40 mins. Check in was simple but they do not have a in-room phone so you have to get an app or ask at the desk. But for a short stay it was not bad at all these are just the things that were negative"

"The staff at GP were absolutely lovely and helpful nothing seemed too much trouble, the only downside of this hotel was the pool area, there are no hand rails to get in and out of the pool, I have slight mobility issues and found it incredibly difficult to get out, the steps are really deep, they could also do with a few umbers for shade. "Akra hotel was a great stay; spacious, clean, and with a dedicated staff. Communication may be a slight issue with some language barriers. This hotel is, however, not very close to many of the attractions or places to visit in Phuket, which is apparent if you look atthe location of the hotel on the map. It's made accessible via Grab. Approximately 45-60 minutes to either old town Phuket or Petang, and further from southern beaches. Some smaller cities are nearby with good beaches & good food."

"Great property, ideal if you plan on staying there. It was a bit far for activities, but the staff were kind and accomodating, and food was good and the prices for the restaurant etc were also fair."

"The actual resort was far less than what the pictures portrayed on the website. Only thing that was good about the place was the staff who were very kind and helpful. The A/C did not work well, the mattresses were so hard might as well slept on the floor, food was so so. Spent as much time as we could away from the place. I would not recommend this place to anyone unless major changes were made to the resort"

"An amazing and relaxing time at Paradox. Clean, tidy and neat rooms with one of the most comfy beds I’ve ever slept in. Great views of the pool and sea from the room and massive balcony. Grounds are huge and well cared for, the pool area, restaurants and cafe are all well staffed, very clean and the food and cocktails are amazing. Happy hour by the pool each day is always popular. Studio cafe had just reopened during my stay and opted for their healthy breakfast which was great. It’s a few minutes walk to the beach, multiple markets and great restaurants. Many 7/11’s in the area for anything that you might need. Otherwise the resort menu, room service options have such a great variety. It was a most relaxing and memorable stay. "
