"Great location to Broadway and surrounding great staff. Horrible bathroom with rust !! Tried to change room when arrived but it was always crowded customer service. When I did check out told customer service that had a room with bathtub with rust coming out. Told her was very uncomfortable and unpleasant to take a bath. She said you should tell us and we change you room. The point here I should not neither any other guest pay for a room that bathtub was rusted and this was against our health....

"Shared bathrooms are secure and plentiful, although sometimes oddly shaped. That's uniquely NYC, which I love and miss about my home city of 22 years. No need to worry about strangers entering bathrooms. Use is by key card and availability, similar to guest rooms. Staff is exceptionally friendly and helpful. Building is aging but still in great repair."

"The hotel rooms were small, but great for the price. The only issue we ran into was that in our room the hot water in the shower wasn't working properly. We had to keep turning the knob to just the right angle in order to get any hot water. Would still stay here again! "
