"It’s funny reading the reviews on here. The place is 2.5 star type place. Basic. Depending on room you get. I stayed in room 404. Two single beds with small bathroom etc. I stayed in summer which seems to be peak season. One thing to be mindful is the whole property faces east or west, so afternoon ..."

A great base for exploring the Fiordlands
"We really enjoyed our stay at Geraldine's place. The unit was very well laid out and comfortable with a large garden. Being able to do laundry was also a plus. The lake was beautiful and access was just across the road. Geraldine was a friendly and helpful host. Highly recommend!"

Peaceful location!
"Location was perfect for our stay in area and trip to Milford Sound. We enjoyed cooking in the well equipped kitchen and eating on patio. I also enjoy the swing on the patio! Thanks for a great stay!"
