Beach Haven House
Our overall experience at this beach house was great! The host was very attentive and informative. The house was beautifully decorated and clean. Loved the double deck in the back of house. The view of the lagoon was lovely.. I would definatley recommend this home

Wonderful Property and Location
We stayed for a family gathering - with six adults. The residence was immaculate, well laid out, and appeared brand new (or perhaps was). The property is beautiful and directly on the waterway. There were several decks with chairs so you can sit and watch the waterway (like a canal in Venice, except with docked boats). The big kitchen had new appliances, and basic supplies provided (as well as cookware, plates and silverware). There was also a washer & dryer. Beds comfortable and linen and towels provided. Ample parking for four cars. Four beach passes provided for Ships Bottom, which was an 8 minute drive - lovely uncrowded beach (although no one asked to see our passes). Great restaurant is a four minute drive - Mud City Crab House (no reservations). Owner helpful.

Family Vacation in Beach Haven West
The house was just renovated or rebuilt & was an amazing setting. It had a boating channel with a dock right off the back with a large shaded area under the house with chairs and a grill. Upstairs was the main part of the house with a wrap around deck with awesome shade from the upstairs deck off the master bedroom. The house had a brand new kitchen & 4 bedrooms with new beds & was very comfortable for a family with 2 upstairs and 2 downstairs. The only draw back of it being so new as a rental is it was lacking some basics such as a coffee table in the living room in front of the sectional couch. Other convenience oversights were no hooks in the bathrooms for towels and only 1 of the 4 bedrooms had a nightstand for clocks or phones. Overall though, the house was amazing! Beautifully decorated, comfortable & close to everything you need or want. Perfect for a family vacation & would highly recommend!
