"Big unit and ac worked but that’s about it. Weekly clean and towel change only. Everything including pool shut down from 2-5pm in 45C heat?? Espresso and food overpriced by triple than everywhere else. More of a unit rental and your on your own. You can get a hotel for what I paid with full service in a major tourist area rather than this place. Tired building and far from beach, staff service non existent in any front. Seemed like they didn’t want to be there or help."

"We had a wonderful stay at the Marasusa complex in Parghelia. We found the apartment a little ‘tired’ and under equipped - a small saucepan, garlic press, larger dinner plates and better cutlery knives would help. The towels provided were clean but seemed very old and the pillows should have had pillow protectors on them. "Wir waren sehr zufrieden mit der Unterkunft für unseren einwöchigen Aufenthalt als vierköpfige Familie (Kinder 3 und 5 Jahre alt). Die Erreichbarkeit mit dem Mietauto vom Flughafen ist perfekt und es gibt auch immer einen Parkplatz direkt am Gebäude. Trotz direkter Lage an der Hauptstraße ist es sehr ruhig, da die Wohnung auf der anderen Seite des Gebäudes liegt. "Amazing place , the garden area is beautiful. Is peaceful and quite. Beautiful SPA recently open , is like paradise ! The pool area is great with beautiful view and amazing sunset 🌅. Personnel very kind and helpful , they even allowed me to do a late checkout at no cost . Breakfast , lunch and dinner are top !! Delicious local food and some international food also . The only negative for me was the bed 🛌, too hard and difficult to sleep. Overall Highly recommend . "
