The hotel was walkable from the arrival hall. The staff at reception were very polite and i had my room changed because i had booked a twin room. The food from the room menu was really good and delivered within the time specified. All the room amenities were good. The thing i disliked most was the noisy people who talked very loudly, slammed doors and ran up and down the corridor. I couldn't not sleep until 2.30am!!!!! The good thing about being in this hotel was the close proximity to the check-in counters. I had a very nice porter called Makesh who took me right up to the check in counter which was so nice.

It was a pleasant stay. Conveniently located for those with an overnight layover at Mumbai airport who prefer not to leave the airport. A great place to relax and pass the time.
