First room had a srong chemical/smoke smell. Maybe they tried to cover the cigarette smell with a strong cleaner. We asked for another room. They said they only had one left and there would be an upcharge since it had two beds. We argued with the guy for a minute and they finally gave us the room for the same price. Everything else about the rooms/property were just average.

Everyone at the hotel was very helpful, rooms are nice and very clean. However the hotel overall is very old and really needs a make over or be replaced. Furnishing are worn and old dated, lighting in rooms (bathroom) are fair at best. Always enjoyed staying here, but honestly they need to get with other facilities in appearance. Breakfast options not as in the past, cold food selections only
