"Loved that they include rides around the island as you need and airport transfers. Decent breakfast included and chocolate every night placed on my bed. Great place - would stay again."

"There was a bad smell in main Bathroom, very strong, The main Bedroom A/C didn’t get cold. The other rooms a/c good. Stain on floor & wall. The picture of the kitchen they show with IPad not true & bathroom amenities with L’occitane Not true. Other then that close to Canland shopping centre & eateries you can walk too."

Excellent stay in great central location

"Excellent stay. Great, quick check-in. Secure parking available. Room and bathroom both spacious and clean. Bed was very comfortable. Very quiet and good sleep. Room safe. Kitchen with oven top, microwave, fridge, toaster, saucepans etc. Tea and coffee. Shower had good hot water and pressure. Great central location, short walk to everything. Fantastic pub with good restaurant across the road. Overall wonderful stay. Will be back next time I'm in Mackay!"

"I would stay at this motel again. The staff went out of their way to make sure I was happy. The cleaning staff said hello every time they saw me. I was supposed to stay until the Sunday however with all the rain I ended up leaving on the Friday and the staff in the office were also fine with this. "
