"Very central, good staff. Not far to buy bus tickets and get the bus to MP. Near the station. Breakfast poor. Back rooms get the river view, the front get the railway😏"

"It was horrible. Nothing was as advertised. Unclean, an uncaring staff. The windows didn't lock. the room was up 3 flights of stairs so dark you couldn't see during the day. And they kept turning the lights off. no breakfast unless you get up at 5 am"

"We left early to go to Machu Picchu and were given a takeaway lunch to compensate the breakfast we'd miss;very appreciated but it was a stale roll with 1 slice of cheese. The room was cold and the curtain fell.we were on the 3rd level facing the town square. This was the only saving grace as we got a real insight into the community spirit and a view into what it's like living in this beautiful place."

"We had a room with River view it’s beautiful….they come to pick us from the train station it’s 7 mn walk from the hotel , we had the best massage , the best diner, the best breakfast..the peoples working there, they do anything to help you just ask 🙏we will definitely recommend and come back again .Thankyou to all . "A lovely hotel. Our room overlooked the river and was quiet while being a one minute walk (if that) to the action. The staff was great and took our bags to the train station and met us 30 minutes before departure. I highly recommend!"
