"The property was okay. The pictures always look better than in reality. Staff was nice and helpful for the most part. I wish the windows had screens so we could open them at night but we couldn’t because of mosquitoes per the staff. "

"It was horrible. Nothing was as advertised. Unclean, an uncaring staff. The windows didn't lock. the room was up 3 flights of stairs so dark you couldn't see during the day. And they kept turning the lights off. no breakfast unless you get up at 5 am"

"We left early to go to Machu Picchu and were given a takeaway lunch to compensate the breakfast we'd miss;very appreciated but it was a stale roll with 1 slice of cheese. The room was cold and the curtain fell.we were on the 3rd level facing the town square. This was the only saving grace as we got a real insight into the community spirit and a view into what it's like living in this beautiful place."

"We had a room with River view it’s beautiful….they come to pick us from the train station it’s 7 mn walk from the hotel , we had the best massage , the best diner, the best breakfast..the peoples working there, they do anything to help you just ask 🙏we will definitely recommend and come back again .Thankyou to all . "This hotel was very unique. We stayed on the 3rd floor (no elevator but that wasn’t an issue for us). We had a room with 3 beds which was very convenient for our family. The hotel itself shows its age but it was only one night so we didn’t mind. Breakfast was good, they offered eggs, coffee, cheeses and breads. Our room was a river view (while not attractive due to pollution) it was nice to have the windows open and hear the rush of water to help you sleep. The shower was also spacious. "
