Beautiful apt, loud location
The apartment was clean, beautiful and well appointed as listed. The communications with host were ok. We received detailed locations on how to access the apartment only 20 minutes before our desired check-in time.
The location of the apartment was good, about 8 minute walk to the nearest metro station and 15 minute walk to train station. Guests may be surprised that a restaurant is located in the apt entryway and garbage bins and cooking smells there can be quite unpleasant when entering the building.
The main reason for a 3-star rating is that the neighborhood was under construction and the noise was unbearable from 7 a.m. to 4:30-5:00 p.m. each day. Also, the portable air conditioner didn't work and it was very hot in the apartment. A large crane blocked any view from the balcony. Guests should inquire about the status of the project before booking, I would have liked to be informed.
