"Staffs are very friendly. Restaurant is open until midnight. The only things I didnt like in the room we stayed in is the electric outlet, most sockets are not usable in the bathroom and the vanity. I had to use the only working outlet in the kitchen to plug the hair dryer. Plus the night is alive in this area where you can hear loud music until past midnight. If you are the night owl type. That'll be ok but if you want to go to bed early please bring your earplugs."

"You, Expedia. You guys, didn't inform us that the resort is under maintenance. We were only informed by the staff there, when we arrived, that they do not accept bookings since they are closed or under maintenance since last year. The pool, one of the reasons why we booked, for the kids' request, was under maintenance. In short, no swimming. So why offer this resort on your site? We'll appreciate if you coordinate with Paradise Ranch to expedite our refund asap. Thank you."
