"The staff was friendly and very helpful. One challenge was that some rooms were not accessible by elevator. Once the elevator reached a floor, the rooms were up another half flight of steps. It was challenging for me who is a senior adult to get a suitcase up that half flight. I had to take it slow but managed okay. "We loved this cute hotel. Our room had windows with a nice view. This was a suite and had a separate small area with extra bed for our young adult son. Very convenient! Lots of stairs but it is Mont Saint Michel after all!"
