"This was ideal for a family of four with older children. We do not like to share a single hotel, and this met all of our needs. We loved the accessibility of coming and going as we pleased, and it is ground floor so there are no long Elevator waits. The apartment was clean and adequately furnished. The neighborhood was quiet, and just a little off the beaten path to avoid the busy tourist areas. It felt like it was our own place in NYC. I would highly recommend this!! "

"My roommate and I stayed in this unit as temp living for 3 months. The unit is extremely clean and is nicely updated. The owner lives nearby and is very responsive. He was aways was quick to solve any issues that came up. Only downside is the location is about a 15 min walk to the nearest subway station but there are plenty groceries, bars, parks, etc in walking distance."

"Great place to stay - good central location. Walkable to a lot / good access to subway. Should be flagged that this unit is on the 4th floor and there is no elevator - only stairs. "I really loved the area this apartment is in. Right in the heart of china town. Shops and restaurants all around. The apartment is a nice size for New York prices. We could see right into the street from the main bedroom. However, the trash trucks were a little loud at night in that bedroom.
