"The biggest surprise upon checking in at the security booth was the HUGE (Vrbo won’t let me quote the amount) ENTRANCE FEE to the "PARK". I booked and paid ahead of time so I wouldn't have to lay out money while traveling. I don't believe the listing price is fully clear and transparent because the full Vrbo rate shown to the customer does not represent the TOTAL required by EVERY customer. "Our trip was supposed to be a boys fishing trip but that was derailed by the hurricane. We were not able to reschedule the trip so my wife and I decided to come down for a private retreat. The house is much more than two people need but we had a great time. The morning views are spectacular. The only thing I would change would be the addition of a full size oven for those who like to cook at the house. "
