Their location on the lake-front is brilliant; they are spacious and well equipped, including free bikes, and fuelled bbq and fire pit. 」

「Communication with host was excellent as was the check in and out process. The shower had great pressure and plenty of hot water. The location is beautiful with a magnolia tree, pine tree and wisteria in full bloom hanging over the fence (which is in need of repair—stated in listing). It was easy walking distance to the beach—approximately 0.5 miles to the middle beach parking lot and another 0.4 miles to the water’s edge. It is a quiet neighborhood. 「We typically stay in hotels on the beach, but after our stay here I don’t know that I’d go back. It was close enough but far away to enjoy some peace and quiet. I loved that no one around us impacted our stay. The check in process was smooth, but took longer than expected. Add six other women and that gets a lot more fun. 「This property was better than we could have imagined! We brought e-bikes with us and were pleasantly surprised to find numerous trails to bike/walk on around the pond and through the woods. It was so private and peaceful. Choice of 3 fire pits to catch any view you like and 2 docks to fish from or have breakfast. Kayak and paddle boat to play on the pond. The house was super clean and well appointed, bed was comfortable and kitchen had everything we needed.」

「Very nice and spacious. The cottage is well appointed, the pics do not do it justice. We had 4 adults & 2 kids under 10 with more than enough space. Bunk bed was a hit with the kids. The host, Martha, was very responsive and resourceful. Our professional beach pics turned out beautiful and golf cart rental was super easy. Both came highly recommended by our gracious host.」
