"The stay was enjoyable overall, good food and nice place, clean kids area, very beautiful surroundings. However, we had a few issues. Our room was full of insects. Very huge bugs which are spread around the whole area where the hotel is located were constantly appearing in the room. The water in the pool could be warmer, especially for the kids area. "We stayed at the standard room with breakfast + dinner option. The dinner was disappointing. The breakfast was ok but if you get a chance, stay next door, at the hotel Posta. It’s much better. The bed wasn’t very comfortable. We didn’t go to the spa as it seemed very busy and the spa area smelt of chlorine a lot. The hotel was very busy as it was a peak season. Next to the hotel, a huge hotel is being built now so expect some noise from the construction site. The location is great but again, I...

"For skiing nearby, once still has to walk a lot or use the car to get to nearby parking spot in case the nearby lift is closed. "

"The hotel is a bit tired and needs some upkeep. The lighting in the halls is very dim, and there is a smell of air freshener or carpet cleaner lingering in the air. The hotel is located at a busy traffic circle, with the nicer area of town about 600 meters away, along a poorly lit street. No restaurants in the immediate area, other than in the main part of town. "For our needs it was a very good hotel. Clean, reasonable breakfast, nice swimming pool. The hotel is geared to families with small children, which we are not, but it was nice to see all those lovely kids. Not enough English speaking channels on TV."

"I already wrote one review, but because I added two more nights to my stay to really relax in the spa (and you should too) I used their 10 percent off gift to try an incredible package with a bath in an amazing color light bubble tub wand then a chocolate massage by Klaudiusz. Once again, it’s the people that make all the difference! He truly went out of his way to meet my needs of a weary traveler and designed the service just for me. I’m so grateful. I can tell he puts his heart and soul into taking care of people. I hope to bring my family back next year around Christmas. 🎄 But ask for the balcony rooms with the views. I had a little view of the mountains and it was priceless for me. Thank you again Klaudiusz. You made my trip here the best! Can’t wait to come back. My husband will love it!"

"Hotel Sabala is the perfect location for exploring Zakopane, within walking distance for hiking Tatra park and just steps away from shopping and dining. It is tucked away at the quiet end of Krupówki street. Everyone is friendly and helpful. The restaurant offered authentic cuisine and house made lemon vodka (our servers offered us complementary shots). Breakfast was varied and ample with lots of fruits, , veggies salads meats cheeses breads pastries and made to order egg station. Our room, a quadruple , was perfect for my son and I since we had separate bedrooms for added privacy and space. The balcony offered a nice setting with a partial view of the mountains. We enjoyed the lovely sauna and pool after a day in the mountains. I truly can’t say enough about this wonderful place. Having never been to Zakopane, I spent weeks trying to settle on a hotel.Choosing Hotel Sabala was a great decision! "

"Very nice hotel with outstanding staff. True focus on being eco friendly. Great breakfast options that included homemade cake and delicious coffee. Quiet location with easy access to local dining and shopping. Tasty restaurant on premises. Close to local public transit and short drive to central train station. "
