The Juniper apartment is located only 200m from the beach. If you like privacy, the Sardinian ambience and the proximity to the beach, this is the ideal apartment for you. It is located on the ground floor and takes its name from the Ginepro tree of the same name (in German: juniper), which offers pleasant shade on the terrace. This includes two veranda leading to the garden, two bedrooms (one with a double bed and one with two single beds, where a fifth bed can be added), a spacious kitchen with kitchenette, bathroom with sink, shower, toilet and bidet. Very pleasant stay in Santa Maria Navarrez
We enjoyed our stay at Villa Juniper. The host was extremely help and knowledgeable and provided us with good information about the area. The villa itself is 5 minutes walk to Tancau beach and about 10 minutes to the main beach in Santa Maria Navarrez. Everything in the apartment was in order and comfortable. We would recommend this to other fellow travelers.

Eine sehr schöne Wohnung, aber…
Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Urlaub auf Sardinien. Die Wohnung hatte alles, was wir benötigt haben und war früher bestimmt sehr schön gewesen - schön ist sie auch jetzt noch, bedarf aber kleinerer Reparaturen der Kühlschranktür, der Duschhalterung und insbesondere der Fliegengitter. Der Rasen wird automatisch jeden Morgen gewässert und ist dadurch ein Paradies für Mücken, die dankbar jedes Loch in den Gittern annehmen und in die Wohnung schlüpfen. Schade, dadurch konnten wir den Aufenthalt in der Wohnung nicht wirklich genießen. Als wichtigstes Utensil braucht man Mückenabwehr, was man in die Steckdose steckt und Spray, um in dem wunderschönen Garten sitzen zu können.

Immer gern wieder
Wir verbrachten 10 Tage hier. Der Nebensaison geschuldet, hatten noch nicht alle Restaurants geöffnet. Auch gibt es einen Strand der mit “Pet friendly” wirbt. Wir konnten aufgrund der Nebensaison jedoch jeden Strand mit unserem Hund besuchen. Mir persönlich haben etwas die kleinen Stände/Shops gefehlt, in denen man bissl bummeln gehen kann. Die Ferienwohnung haben wir genauso vorgefunden wie beschrieben. Sie war sauber und hatte Platz für 4 Personen. Ein gemütliche Couch wäre meine Empfehlung 😉. Leider gibt es nur eine Küche mit Esstisch und 4 Stühlen. Aber den größten Teil ist man ja draußen unterwegs, sodass dies uns nicht ganz so gestört hat. Wir werden wiederkommen wenn auch das nächste Mal nur als Durchreisende 😊

Kein gutes Preis / Leistungsverhältnis
Insgesamt war der Aufenthalt okay. Aber: die Angabe 200 Meter bis zum Strand ist definitiv falsch, es sind 550 Meter laut Google Maps. Die alternative Angabe von 4 Minuten ist nur mit Laufen erreichbar, nicht mit normalem Gehen. Zudem ist die Minutenangabe wenig hilfreich, da vom Tempo der laufenden Person abhängig. Über diese Falschangabe haben wir uns sehr geärgert, denn die Nähe zum Strand war ein Grund, uns für dieses Apartement zu entscheiden. Nicht schön ist der ebenfalls der abgenutzte Kunststoffrasen im Vorgarten. Die Einrichtung: - die Matratzen der Betten sind teilweise stark veraltet, die Federn einer Matratze „bohren“ sich in den Körper - 4 Brotmesser sind zu wenig - ein buntes Sammelsurium an Wassergläsern und Tassen: kann man machen, aber bei 150€ / Tag ist das nicht angemessen - die Heizungsrohre abgetrennter Heizkörper stehen in den Raum, wenn man nicht aufpasst besteht verletzungsgefahr - die angegebene Mikrowelle gibt es nicht - der Toilettensitz war nur an einer Stelle befestigt und verschob sich deshalb ständig Der Gesamteindruck: nette Manager, ja, definitiv, aber der Preis für dieses Objekt ist zu hoch und die Falschangabe zur Strandentfernung hinterlässt einen unangenehmen Beigeschmack.

Attraktive Lage unweit Santa Maria Navarrese
Nach den Fotos der Anzeige hatte ich mehr erwartet. Die Fotos stimmen nicht mit der Realität überein. Villa Juniper hat 5-6 Apartements. Beim Anschauen der Bilder wird der Eindruck vermittelt, es sei ein Apt. Die Ausstattung der Küche müsste mal erneuert(Gasherd funktionieren nur 2 Flammen) Kühlschrankeinbau ist etwas provisorisch und die Küchenutensilien ( Gabeln, kleine Schüsseln und Schneidebrett) könnten überarbeitet werden.. Das Preis Leistungsverhältnis stimmt nicht. Nachdem wir uns mit der Situation arrangiert hatten, war alles wunderbar. Vor allem Annamaria war immer hilfsbereit und sehr nett.

Vacances farniente
Située dans un quartier calme, la maison est située à 7mn à pied de la mer. La plage est belle, propre avec des bars et restaurants à proximité. Les Sardes sont très accueillants, gentils et serviables!! Il y a de quoi faire du snorkeling car il y a quelques rochers pas loin de la plage. Le centre de la petite ville Santa Maria Navarese est à 3mn en voiture et il y a tout: pharmacie, restos, bars, magasins de souvenirs, de vêtements... Voilà, nous avons 15 jours extras! Je recommande vivement.

Ideal für Familien, schön schattige, ruhige Lage, alles gut zu Fuß zu erreichen (Supermarkt , Strand, Pizzeria etc.), netter Vermieter, der gut Englisch spricht. Unbedingt auch eine Bootstour machen !

We had a great holiday with a nearly 3 years old son.Apartment with fabulous view over the mountains! Santa Maria Navarrese is a lovely quite village with everything you need shop ,restaurants, tourist information.Everything was great.Perfect location for exploring Golfo di Orosei!

Wohnung mit Garten in ruhiger Lage
Die Wohnung ist recht einfach eingerichtet, im großen und ganzen ist aber alles vorhanden, was nötig ist. Schöne Terrasse mit Hängematte, Garten mit Außendusche und Waschmaschine. Supermarkt in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen. Sehr nette Vermieter. Die Lager von Santa Maria Navarrese ist super, schöne Strände sind in wenigen Minuten mit dem Auto zu erreichen. Gut erreichbar ist auch die Cala di Goloritzé (schöne Wanderung und Traumstrand) und die Gola die Gorropu (Europas tiefster Canyon). Uns hat es sehr gut gefallen.
