"WE FOUND THE STAFF WHERE VERY FREINDLY AND VERY HELPFULCHECKING IN TO ALL THE BAR STAFF AND OF COURSE THE RESTURANT.THE ROOMS WERE VERY CLEAN .I WOULD LIKE TO COMMENT ON THEOUTSTANDINGENTERTAINMENT IN THE LOBBY BAR .THE ONLY THING I WOULD ADVISE IS FOR THE TELEVISION WHERE THE PEOPLE ARE SINGING BE TURNED OFF .WE WILL BE BACK AGAIN THIS YEAR ALTOGETHER WE SPENT 21 DAYS OF ENJOYMENT. "We had a great holiday and loved out time there. We had a couple of issues with our shower/toilet but they were fixed in a heartbeat. Hotel and staff were fantastic and great service. On area of improvement we thought could be around the food, for dinners in particular, but a like most all inclusive buffets. Would highly recommend staying! "

"Beautifully appointed hotel with quality furnishings and fittings superb huge bed . Spacious rooms and social area's. A bit of maintenance required but nothing in your face. "Was expecting there to be ‘more’ places to eat by the sea (we booked B&B) but most were inland and the usual Irish type bars - we prefer more secluded locally caught delicacies rather than pizzas and chips but it’s ideal if that’s your sort of thing but it’s not ours. However, there was a lovely spa close by and hiring a car we were able to view stunning scenery from the mountains!"

"Had a good stay here-it’s central to everything, and a good spot for going off on a walk. Breakfast was always good, but sometimes a little cold, but there was a microwave. "Well maintained apartment and complex. The apt was spacious, very clean and had a view of the pool. The pool area was also clean and functional. Good location, ideal for the 3 bus from airport, and just a 35 min coastal walk (great vista) to caleta de fuste. Great value for money."

"The host and property are lovely. (Be aware of extra charges) IE, washer, jacuzzi..! A car is essential as nothing near to do, no bars, restaurants or shops. Nice place to just rest, relax and try something different if just passing through. "

An enjoyable stay

"While this hotel is a little old fashioned it is run very efficiently and the staff are always helpful and cheerful. The food was excellent with plenty of choice. Wine, beer and soft drinks freely available on tap and spirits and cocktails from several bars. Loads of sunbeds or tables to sit at during the day with free pool towels. The safe in the bedroom was free as well so no extras to pay for. We enjoyed our stay here."

Outstanding Apartments

"We booked the apartments purely for the reviews, Location & price. Wow what a fantastic complex. 5mins to a big supermarket, 6-7mins to main music square & beach. The complex offers free water station, we had a bottle of wine on arrival, & the sky room was fantastic. We loved the roof terrace, so chilled up there. We could not fault anything, we asked for an extra pillow & a knife to cut rolls, within 2 hours of returning to our room it was all done. The staff were so friendly. Parking was easy on the main road. Everything was 10/10, I couldn’t even try to find anything less than amazing. Book the accom, you won’t be disappointed. Absolutely great place, plenty of beds, book rooms that have access to the roof terrace, it’s 100% worth it. "

"This hotel was spotless in all areas. Very quiet for a relaxed, chill out adult only holiday. There was a hen party there at one point who were quite noisy, but there are 3 different pool areas so you could always escape the noise.I would imagine you would have to get up very early in high season to get a sunbed though, they were mostly all taken by 8 am. I enjoyed the food and thought the choices available were perfectly adequate. Evening entertainment was a bit dire and could do with improvement. Staff worked hard and were pleasant, maybe 2 serving behind the bar in the evening would be an improvement as there was often a queue. I enjoyed my holiday and would return if I ever come back to this resort."

Good location hotel

"The hotel is in good location with 10 min walk into town. The pools are salt water and cold. A lot of rooms over look the pool. And Evening bar with entertainment on. The restaurant was refurbished but has since closed. It just received a lot of new sunbeds as a lot of the old ones are broken. Nice sunset view outside of hotel"
