The check in process was excessively long. We waited for 1hr in the lobby before we could get checked in (understaffed and cumbersome process). The resturant experience was terrible. I waiter for both the resturant and pub. Very long wait time, for quality was horrible (understaffed & not prepared).

The food at the restaurant was terrific! All staff very friendly and attentive. Shuttle service excellent. The convenience of the hotels location made a cancelled flight situation a whole lot easier to deal with. Thank you.

The place is outdated and the air conditioning off until you arrive so there is humidity smell everywhere . The room is clean , the carpet really old and the bathroom outdated . It works if. You need to spend the night at the airport but that’s all

It's run down, but ok for an overnight. The shampoo etc in the shower was empty for the second time, we were there last month. 'Breakfast included' is a joke, either have it or don't, but don't charge extra for bread and juice! All in all, acceptable for the price!

Walked to the property from Arrivals, maybe 7 mins but the route isn’t obvious (despite clearly seeing the hotel) or frequently travelled. Took shuttle the next day back, much easier mostly because was already at the Front Desk checking out.

This is hotel is very convenient to the airport. The hotel itself is quiet, clean and in good condition, and they provide a free shuttle to the terminal. When I stayed there, the hotel was mostly empty (I only saw two other guests the whole time). I got there at 2:!5, but they wouldn't let me check-in until 3:00, so I sat in the lobby and waited. I was told the restaurant opened at 7:00 for breakfast, but they didn't open until 8:00, and there is nothing else except rental car companies, in walking distance.
