One of our all-time favorite places to stay
The space was exactly as described and so beautiful. The decor was absolutely darling and everything was very comfortable. Each of my teens had their own rooms, which was nice, and they enjoyed the game room too. I loved morning coffee on the elevated patio overlooking the horizon and got a surprise viewing of a Space X launch on our first night. The neighborhood has yet to gentrify, but it is quiet and feels safe for families. Easy access to freeways makes getting around town, especially to DTLA, super easy. Would definitely stay here again!

Lovely stay
Husband, wife and teenagers enjoyed this little cottage so much. Top 5 of VRBOs we’ve ever stayed at! Quiet cute cul-de-sac street with plenty of street parking, no freeway noise. The attention to detail in the decor made it feel like a home, not a rental, and the whole house was eat-off-the-floors clean. Very comfortable beds, great showers. The game room was a huge hit and the patio was positively dreamy for a Texas family who is used to 100 degree evenings! Highly recommend!

Great Location
We visited for a Dodgers game and a concert at Crytpo Arena and the house was in a perfect location. It was close to both places and everything the listing said. The game room was great for the kids and the other great part was that it had parking. Next time we go we will definitely stay again.

Charming, clean and a perfect stay!
Charming decor, comfortable beds and all we needed after quick run to nearby stores for Peet’s coffee and paper towels. Loved the yoga mats and enioyed view in pretty outdoor area. Was perfect for our stay!

Awesome house in a not-as-awesome neighborhood.
Before the stay, I tried contacting the owner through the VRBO app, as well as the desktop page. Neither worked for messaging. I decided to call the owner instead to see if I could check in early. I got their VM and left a message about 3 hours before our check in time. The owner got back to me through email about 3-4 hours after our check in time, apologizing for not being able to answer the phone. The neighborhood around the house is not the best, but not to bad, either. The interior of the house was nice and clean. We had no issues with the house, itself. The back patio area used in the main picture in the VRBO listing doesn't really look like the picture. The game room is in a detached shed in the back of the house. All in all, I was definitely satisfied with the interior of the house, but the neighborhood, patio, game room and the thin bath and hand towels in the restrooms dropped my rating of this house.

House was great for our family. Queen bed w large closet with a pack and play already set up in 1room, trundle bed in another room and queen in 3rd room. Kids loved going up to the back patio and playing fooseball and pool in the detached game room.

Convenient and comfortable
Enjoyed our stay very much! There was ample space for our group of 5 (four adults + 1 teen). Easy check-in. All the necessities, but no toaster or dishwasher. The weekend we stayed there was an event at the end of the street which caused a lot of extra vehicles and noise but no real problems. Secure parking much appreciated. Enjoyed dinner on the decks but stairs to top deck seem a bit unsafe. Game room was a hit!

Cute California Bungalow with Great View
My family really enjoyed staying at this super cute bungalow. Everything matches and I love the way it was decorated. Every need was addressed and nothing was overlooked. My 10 year old son LOVED the game room. It was a fun place to hang out. My mom and I loved sitting on the upper patio with a glass of wine. It was a pretty view. I liked the area and there is a Victorian home museum at the end of the street and right across the highway is the Lummis House which was super interesting. If you’re wanting a gentrified neighborhood with upscale shops and restaurants, this is not it. But I liked it! The hosts were easy to contact and quick to respond to anything. Getting to things was super easy. We would definitely stay here again.

We totally enjoyed staying in this very comfortable home. Appreciated all the extras in the kitchen. The upper patios were also great - wish we had more time to enjoy them.We were on a working trip and enjoyed relaxing here in the evenings. Also nice to have secure off street parking.

Alice the owner was super helpful and the place was amazing super clean with a full stocked bathroom and kitchen. The backyard was great for bbq’s and the game room was above and beyond. Definitely will stay again. Thank you Alice for the hospitality!!
