A dreamy home on the coast
Overall the best VRBO stay ever. This a private room with a private bathroom, with entrance on the side of the house. Immaculately clean, beautiful decor throughout, the best bedding and towels in any place I’ve ever stayed at (even better than the fancy hotels). The yard is gorgeous with an oasis, walkable to many restaurants and beach. Will definitely come back! Thank you!!

Our first time ever in Cali… wasn’t sure about this area, but it was amazing. Quiet neighborhood within walking distance of pretty much everything in Santa Monica. Easy access to roads to go to Malibu or other areas in LA. Most comfortable bed I’ve ever slept in.

This room attached to a house in Santa Monica on a lovely and quiet residential street was sweet and welcoming. Cute decor, and wine, coffee and tea provided. Walk to shops and restaurants. Free on street parking as well with no problem finding a spot right in front. Definitely recommend!!

Sweet little room
This is the second time I've stayed here. The room is so cozy and the bed is comfortable. I stayed here visiting my son who attends UCLA and found the location perfect. The yard is beautiful, we thoroughly enjoyed lounging in the chairs in the front yard. I will definitely stay here again.

This spot is nestled in a lovely little neighborhood in Santa Monica near the Pacific Palisades park. Great location for walking and a few steps from the beach. Stayed here after flying in and before a two week stint in the wilderness and was perfect for our needs. Responsive and lovely hosts! Highly recommend. Also the bed was phenomenal!

This was a block from my brother so, for me, the location was perfect. Host was excellent. I would recommend you bring eyeshades, which we did and we slept fine. Parking easy. We will be back.

The space was perfect and well appointed, exactly as advertised with extra touches such as a bottle of wine and beach towels. The area is upscale and safe with lots of restaurants nearby. I would definitely stay there again!

If you like a short walk to the beach or to good cafe's, restaurants and shops...then this is the place for you. The room and bathroom felt very warm and the onsite owner/property manager (Wendy) was very accommodating and helpful.

A cozy, quiet and private guest suite in a beautiful section of Santa Monica, great for strolling amongst interesting homes and gardens. A quick walk to Montana, with a great selection of cafes and restaurants, and walking distance to the beach and the main drag. A great base for exploring Santa Monica.

Peace and Quiet in Beautiful Neighbourhood
Spent 4 nights in this lovely room that has everything you need. Wendy answered all questions promptly. My only confusion at start is the online images are of different room and entrance. Room itself is as per description. The real positive about this rental is the neighbourhood- simply wonderful. Easy walk to Montana Ave and beach . Up to 30 min walk to actual Pier but I scooted everywhere and Santa Monica very well set up for bike riders et al. Wine and beer supplied was a nice treat. Perfect place for a relaxing visit to a lovely town
