Outstanding Relaxing Quiet Azusa Vacation Oasis

Welcome to our 3 beds 2 baths spacious newly remodeled home located in the charming city of Azusa with beautiful mountain view from our backyard! Our home is the perfect retreat for families, groups of friends, or business travelers who want to experience the best of SoCAL.

We designed the home to be a beautiful retreat oasis to come back to relax after a day of exploring. The beautiful back yard is an awesome place with multiple sitting areas for grilling, or relaxing around the fire pit.

The space

Our home is located within walking distance to Azusa Pacific University, Slauson Park and Pool, and Downtown Azusa. You'll love being able to stroll through the tree-lined streets to explore the local shops, cafes, and restaurants.

If you're an outdoor enthusiast, you'll be in heaven! Our home is just a short drive from San Gabriel Canyon, Fish Canyon Trail, and Crystal Lake, where you can hike, fish, and take in the beautiful scenery. Golfers will love the proximity to the Azusa Greens Country Club, just a 5-minute drive away.

Families with kids will love the close proximity to Raging Waters, a fun-filled water park that's just a 10-minute drive away. Sports fans will appreciate being just 10 minutes from the Pasadena Rose Bowl, a historic stadium that's hosted numerous Super Bowls and other major sporting events.

- We also provide 1 queen air mattress that can sleep up to 2 persons

For those who want to explore even further, Disneyland is just 40 minutes away, and the beaches of Santa Monica are only a 45-minute drive.

Inside our home, you'll find plenty of space to relax and unwind. The 3 bedrooms are spacious and comfortable, and the 2 bathrooms are clean and well-appointed. The living room is open concept connecting to the kitchen, and there is a sliding door going to the backyard. It's perfect place to kick back and watch a movie, and the fully-equipped chef kitchen has everything you need to whip up a delicious meal, 3 barstools to enjoy drink and snack.

BACKYARD truly steals the spotlight, offering multiple seating areas, a dining table for 8 persons, a fire pit accommodating 5 persons, and a lounge seating area perfect for enjoying the breathtaking mountain view. Additionally, there are spacious grass areas for your kids and pets to play freely.

PARKING: 2 cars garage parking, and 2 cars in the driveway, also plenty of street parking

We've also made sure to provide all the amenities you need to make your stay as comfortable as possible, including high-speed Wi-Fi, TVs, air conditioning, and a washer and dryer.

- We have security camera in the front
- Parking is on driveway and street parking
- There is a pet fee
- We are not refilling gas BBQ grill so you would have to bring the empty tank to Home Depot or Walmart to exchange due to our house keeper no longer doing this.
