There are two oversized primary bedrooms with modern ensuite bathrooms and king beds and two additional large bedrooms with queen beds shares an ensuite bathroom. Kitchen is fully equip with new high end appliances, Keurig coffee maker and complimentary coffee pods, waffle maker, cookware, serving ware, dinnerware, glassware and flatware for 8.

Only a pet under 20 lbs is allowed during stay. Pet must be house trained and is not allowed on furniture, pool and cannot be left alone at any time. A non-refundale pet fee is collected. Please review house rules for pet and children.

For your protection, exterior security cameras are located in the front and back of the property.

This home is located on Pacific Coast Hwy. and guests are subject to residual traffic noise from the highway and waves crashing. A noise cancelling machine is provided to mitigate the noise. Bedrooms have skylights so guests are advised to bring personal eye mask if the morning light bothers them. Adult guests will be required to sign a pool liability waiver at check-in.
