Customer service terrible. When we checked in we advised the front desk that we would be leaving early each day (5:30am) and we would miss the daily breakfast that went from 7-10, so would it be possible to grab a few of the liquid coffee creamers? No. Straight up answer, sorry we can’t help you, we don’t have a key to the breakfast room. “Well who does?” “No one.” No one?! “Well the manager does but that person is gone.” Well if we leave our room number can someone help us? No. So… The next day we asked again, different person, same response… basically too bad for us. ALL WE WANTED WERE A FEW MINI CREAMERS, and all we were told is sorry, too bad, we don’t have a key.
Also the laundry room was closed due to a fire and the vending machine was broken.
One of the worst Best Westerns I’ve stayed at. Won’t stay again.
