We booked this villa based on the reviews the villa had, and pictures we saw online. The views from the villa are amazing, but the place needs some TLC, a better manager and staff. When we arrived at the villa the only person there was the maid and she didn't speak English at all. I'm not saying that everybody in Mexico should speak English but, as a manager, when you know you have guests that speak English you make sure you have someone present that can communicate with the guests. We had to figure out on our own how everything in the house works and where everything is because we couldn't understand the maid and she did not understand us. The house was not clean at all when we arrived. You could see sand everywhere especially in the bathrooms, probably from the previous renters, which should have been cleaned. The internet and house phone did not work until the 5th day out off our 7 day stay, and that was after multiple "handymen" were sent to fix it!! We had to use our roaming almost the entire time. We also did not have water pressure in the house for 4 days so 8 people had to take turns to shower and one day we had no water at all for 5 hours. The cleaning crew lacked, all they did was make our beds. Vacuuming or cleaning the bathrooms well did not happen so I really can't tell you what we paid cleaning for.
On the last day the manager came to pick up the money for the groceries from the night we had a private chef and she did not say more then two words to us. We were expecting her to ask how everything went and if we enjoyed the villa instead she took the money turned around and left. So needless to say the service we received was not good at all!!! We travel quite a bit and even stayed in Cabo before, and this is by far the worst experience we've had as far as our stay and service, we will not be returning!!!!
