Manor house - Charm and countryside - In Center Finistère

A true independent holiday home, ideally located to explore Finistère. Tranquility assured, with private garden, in the park of a 16th century manor.
Comfortable cottage where EVERYTHING is INCLUDED: beds are made upon your arrival and bathroom linen is provided.

The entrance opens onto a large, very bright living room/living room. A very friendly space to meet around a good table or a festive aperitif. On this level, a beautiful bathroom with WC, and a fully equipped kitchen, with a bay window giving access to the terrace and the private garden.
Upstairs, two comfortable bedrooms: a parental bedroom (160x200 bed), and a triple bedroom (1 bed 140x200 + 2 beds 90x200) equipped with excellent bedding. Lots of storage space with a large cupboard on the landing, a desk and a librairy.
On the exterior side, a terrace bathed in the sun, with garden furniture and a parasol awaits you for your moments of relaxation and barbecue evenings. Settle into the deckchairs for a little nap!

You will appreciate our central location close to all the remarkable sites of Finistère: Crozon, Les Monts d'Arrée, Locronan, Quimper, Concarneau, The parish enclosures. And the fine sandy beaches of Douarnenez Bay are not far away!
On site, possibility of hiking, cycling and mountain biking (storage shelter available). Fly fishermen welcome: a certified fishing route is accessible on foot.

La maison de vacances est située dans un calme merveilleux à la périphérie de Lopérec - on peut très bien s'y reposer et s'y ressourcer. Le jardin est peuplé de nombreux oiseaux de jardin, un cheval, trois chèvres, deux chats et deux chiens font partie de la propriété. La maison était très propre ; nous n'avons manqué de rien. De là, on peut surtout visiter les falaises de Bretagne sur la presqu'île de Crozon, ainsi que de nombreuses petites villes de rêve dans les environs. Quel bel environnement!

Très bon séjour
Toute la famille a beaucoup aimé cette maison. La bâtisse elle même est magnifique. La propriété est très bien entretenue et bien organisée pour les invités. Les propriétaires Aude et Jean-Luc connaissent non seulement l'histoire de ce lieu mais aiment partager leurs ressources et découvertes de toute la region environnante. Dans la maison, aucun detail n'est laissé au hasard et l'attention est portée partout. Tout ce qui est nécessaire pour se faire à manger est là. Les animaux ont ravi mes filles: chiens, chèvres, bouc et poney. Aude est une passionnée de terroirs et des gens qui y vivent et je vous recommande vivement de discuter avec elle pour guider les multiples sorties possibles. La bibliothèque touristique qui est mise à disposition est fournie de multiples guides de randonnées et de cartes. Si vous aimez la nature, découvrir le patrimoine at aller à la rencontre des gens, je vous recommande vivement un séjour chez eux, vous ne serrez pas déçus. Très belle découverte.
