"Booked for its location to where we had a meeting nearby. Room is fine, air con is good, bathroom is good, lots of room. No tea/coffee, carpet had old stains on it, arrived Sunday afternoon to keys taped to locked front door. No staff on site at all, no restaurant & remote location. Reception locked up, only access through night door. No info in room. Disappointing stay."

"Arrived very tired having struggled to find it due to road closures. booked on here, no one at the hotel to welcome usas explained on our booking paperwork. Rang and got through to an English speaking person who cycled down to us to show us in and let us park the motorcycle in the locked garage. Great food that night in the main hotel where we were supposed to go for check in. This needs to be explained on the booking as it is only around the corner but if you don’t know, you don’t know. "Excellent location. Easy parking underground. Safe, quiet. Sadly on Sunday there is no restaurant service but Taglich dining is available within 5 minute walk from the hotel. Great find."

"Hotel advertises facilities that they don't have. Advertise a golf course onsite and a swimming pool. There is NO golf course and the pool is not a swimming pool, it's a shallow plunge pool at best."

"Quiet location, surrounded by woods, despite being within easy reach of the motorway. Management and staff made us, including our dog, very welcome. Room was modern and very spacious. Really enjoyed our dinner in the hotel restaurant, as well as the breakfast buffet offered. Added bonus for EV owners: charger outside the hotel ensures you are fully charged when you continue your trip! What a great place to stay if you are travelling through or visiting the area!"
