"初めてのニューヨークでしたので、帰りの日の空港までの移動が不安でしたが、ホテルの方がタクシーを手配してくださいました。タクシーの運転手さんは、ピックアップの時間をしっかりと守ってくれましたし、運転も安全、金額も安心、何ごとも問題なく非常にスムーズに空港に到着することができました。 本当に助かりました。（約50分位かな？） ホテルから歩いてブルックリン橋まで行けましたし、地下鉄でマンハッタンまですぐでした。ロケーションもとても良かったです。"

"キレイなホテルでした"

"空港から、そして空港までの送迎があったので非常に便利だった。ベッドも寝やすく、ポットボトルの水も2本付いていた。また、私の場合は一度出国して、３日後に再入国して１泊して帰国する際に使用したのだが、３日間荷物を預かっていてくれたので非常に便利であった。（出国する時に、ホテルに荷物を持って行って預けてからホテルの送迎バスでJFKに送って頂いた）1階には、コーヒーや水のサービスもありいつでも飲める状態であったのもプラスポイント。朝食は、まあまあではあった。 ２つ程言うならば、周りは人通りの非常に少ない住宅街で、一番近い店まで歩いて10分弱掛かった事と、セーフティーボックスが無かったので店まで歩くまで貴重品を持って歩くかホテルに置いておくか判断しなければいけなかった事であろうか。ホテルにはBARがあったが、何か食事をとなるならデリバリーのピザ等以外の場合は少し面倒かもしれない。"

"地下鉄7系統のFlushing–Main Street駅から近く、マンハッタン中心部へのアクセスが良かった。駅周辺にはチャイナタウンが広がっているため、買い物にも困らず快適に過ごすことができた。"

"場所以外は問題ない。朝食は無料だが殆ど食べれない。"

"I almost missed the shuttle ban because it said in front "oliday inn express" which I assumed to belong to "Holiday inn" but not "Comfort Inn. Comfort Inn was written on the SIDE of the shuttle, which I fortunately noticed in time. I recommend that if you renovate the used shuttle bus you double check the result. Then I am happy to report that I did not miss my international flight, which I could have done, because I did not receive the wake-up call that I requested. I woke up on my own. I asked for an explanation, and was told that "our whole system is down," with no apology. Also we who left early to catch the flight had no "complementaly breakfast." when we pushed, we were provided with some cold cereal (but no milk), very sweet banana bread and other sorry items. I was scolded when I tried to pick up one of the bananas which was, I assumed, were for breakfast, I was scolded by the front desk stuff (that was when I found out they would give us some food on the request.) I do not have any complaint about the cleanliness and equipmentsof the room (like, all the lights worked!) but the service was unsatisfactly. "
