We wished that there was better information/communication about lawn and pool service, pest treatment and trash pick-up. We were also bit disappointed that the outdoor table was not replace and we could not do any outdoor dinners."

"This property is a hidden gem in the heart of the North Fork wine country. Spacious comfy home perfect for a small group or family. Everything was spotless. The kitchen was well equipped. Beds and living areas we're comfortable for our group of 7. We enjoyed the hot tub and wood burning fireplace. There was also a nice sized back yard area to enjoy. There is a beach within walking distance. I would highly recommend this place and would return again if visiting the wineries with a small group...
