I stayed at the The Resident Victoria from February 3-5, 2025 and it was phenomenal. From the time we entered, the male Philipino Receptionist, whose name I can't remember (Even though he gave me his card), treated us like VIPs. They catered to our every needs. Above all, they were truly helpful and courteous. We will definitely make this boutique hotel our "Hotel of Choice" whenever we come to London. Cheers! PS.. Thanks for the unlimited toffees.

Lawrence from front desk was a gem to deal with. The room was clean and the bed very comfortable. They made an effort to decorate the room for my hubby's birthday with balloons and a bottle of Prosecco. Thank you :)

Room was very small, but this is central London. Location was the best part, across the road from the Royal Mews, a stones throw to the Palace. Could easily walk from Victoria station, and onwards to the Palace, Westminster etc.
